[Feature Request] Change the link in the approval emails to be deep links to the specific issue requiring approval #203

In the current approval notification emails, the links take the user to the AWS Identity Centre portal which requires them to login, then navigate to the issue themselves.

It would be beneficial to create deep links that direct approvers to the specific request.
