Currently the Amazon AppFlow service is blocked by the Sandbox, Unclass, and Sensitive SCPs. The Amazon AppFlow service is now assessed by CCCS. https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/services-in-scope/CCCS/

Suggest removing AppFlow from the SCP's to allow the service.
