Replace HelpTooltips with HelpPanel in Details tab #433

Description

This PR adopts the HelpPanel in the Details tab (see screenshot below)

Changes

replace HelpTooltip with InfoLink in Details tab
adopted correct styling for labels done with Box (see here)
