Replace occurrences of 'ParallelCluster Manager' with 'AWS ParallelCluster UI'

Description

This PR replaces all the customer-facing occurrences of ParallelCluster Manager, pcluster-manager or PCM with the new product name: AWS ParallelCluster UI.

Project name in package.json and package-lock.json has been renamed to aws-parallelcluster-ui following npm naming conventions.
