This is a docs pull request that includes docs updates to strings.json to both include alert edits and to try and sync to finalized docs UI text. Some fields from finalized UI text seemed to be missing, so not all finalized UI text is included in this update. Note: This does include changing Update to Edit, I think. REVIEW CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTING.
