add optional addons #10

we need to add optional addons to the workshop. current plan is the aws ack addons and possibly the aws csi drivers. more optional addons/steps to be determined

Completed the shell script for ACK and went through initial testing. Ran into a few small errors that I think are fixed but will test in another test event before finalizing instructions
