verify static vs assets #20

let's make sure the correct resources are in /static and /assets. i'm not sure if updates made it to each directory. @marshkkm @lytlecon

@zackbradys they look fine to me. /static are resources used to build the infrastructure (Cloudformation templates). /assets are files meant to accessible to the participant for use inside of the workshop.

@zackbradys ....actually, looks like some of the assets made it into the static directory... I'll fix that
