Screenshots and instructions for joining workshop need an update

in content/10-introduction/12-workshop-environment/index.en.md, the screenshots are for the event administrator view. We need to publish a test event and take new screenshots to use here.

those should be the correct screenshots. i took them during a test event that @marshkkm set up last week. if we still need to update then no worries
