second demo application #43

investigate the ease and ability to have a second demo application for the kubernetes-applications section. currently testing and validating rancher federal demo app with an aws elastic load balancer for ingress.

updated the roadmap to move this feature to the end of the month (9/29). still an important feature to add to the workshop!
