add k8s app instructions #6

need to add the screenshots and instructions for the k8s apps. we will need to spoof the link since the fleet and helm charts are stored in this repo and not public yet

Pending update... still have not had a chance to deploy the infrastructure to complete these instructions. Planning to commit by Tuesday 6/23.
