Updated workshop to Rancher Manager v2.8.2, Rancher Kubernetes Engine 2 v1.27.10, and Cert-Manager v1.14.3
- Tested and verified comparability with two accounts in us-east-1 and us-west-2
Updated LICENSE and ROADMAP to account for changes/updates in 2024.
