Long ECS service name reduces readability.
Some customer wanted to make it possible to set AZ count to cost less for test, etc.
Stack order has been changed for provisioning to save future workshop time.
SBT 0.3.6 version applied

Description of changes

Shorten ECS service name
Set Availability Zone's count 2 or 3
Shared stack put to first order.
SBT authentication applied - Admin UI - Access token & API call permission added
