Update for new SageMaker Studio #37

At AWS re:Invent in December 2023, some pretty significant updates to the SageMaker Studio UI were launched. As a result, most of the exercises in this workshop still work with "SageMaker Studio Classic" but are broken or difficult to follow in 'new Studio'.

When possible, we'd like to work on updating the content to work with new Studio JupyterLab environments.
