README typos fixes, renamed the template repositories and SSM parameter name change

Description of changes:

  1. Renamed the template repository folder names to be in-sync with README
  2. Renamed the SSM parameter to github_byoc_repo_template instead of github_container_repo_template, since the project template uses that
  3. Fixed typos in README

Closing this PR. Team has created separate repository for the project. Refer this issue in the new repository
