Description of changes: This PR introduces a new UI using a wizard component for moving step after step. The UI reacts to events dispatched by the backend as the previous example. Finally, I've had to expose a new event from fraud API and I hooked up the UI to react on it

I see two issues -

After we reach Claims Submitted view, there's no way to go back to the first page. We need to logout and log back in.
The Sign Out button is blended into the header. If we can make it more visible, it will be great.
