EC2 AMI UPDATE #43

Is there a way we can update the ec2 ami ? In our organization we need to install certain software's and hardening scripts on every ami. Where can I find and update the ami of ec2 instance created in LaunchTemplate or ASG.

We can do custom updates like AMI or VPC in template.yaml during installation of terraform opensource engine . example - https://github.com/aws-samples/service-catalog-engine-for-terraform-os/blob/0c8fabe9cb5cc75c2d370b327e7a6d84ef90a6cd/template.yaml#L52
