Stuck proovisioned prodect status "under change" #70

Hello, I am trying to provision the product using EXTERNAL product type. it got stuck in under change status over 10hours. So I tried to terminate product via CLI but I bumped into the following error. Please any idea for resolving issue?

aws cli command : aws servicecatalog terminate-provisioned-product --provisioned-product-id <product-id> --ignore-errors

Last but not least does "under change" status also means calling service catalog API as well?

Last week deployment worked fine as well, this week tried to redeploy the same product, but is stuck on a "under change" as well.
