Description of changes: Submitting a new Step Functions Workflow to use AWS Step Functions standard workflow to create/delete AWS Cloudformation StackSets in the Root Organization Unit's linked member accounts. This pattern is build using CDK.
(This was initially submitted as a Serverless Pattern https://github.com/aws-samples/serverless-patterns/pull/2186 and I was asked to resubmit as a Workflow instead)
