Hello, First off nice job pulling this project together. Is there a spot which lays out which version of the tools are being packaged into this? For instance which version of Alphafold is being leveraged?

Great question! There is not today, but it would be easy to add. For example, we're running AlphaFold 2.3.1 right now. I'll try and add that information soon
