Description of changes:

Deny CloudFront access to logs in the WebsiteBucket
Replace the AccessControl: LogDeliveryWrite property on the ArtifactLogsBucket with a bucket policy that grants the logging service principal logging.s3.amazonaws.com privileges to write access logs.
