move solution to GitHub-first, add workflows
add support for Security Controls View (consolidated control findings)
add support for CIS v1.4.0 standard
add Service Catalog AppRegistry integration
fixes for sonarqube complexity and code smells to meet quality bar
add protections to avoid deployment failure due to SSM document throttling
