Describe the AWS permissions needed for the workflow environments #224
If someone forks the repository, they may want to automate their own upload to an AWS bucket. They could do this by supplying environments in their account that match the names we use in our workflows.
We should include a section in one of our guides that describes the resources and policies needed for each environment. Right now, these are primarily S3-related permissions for uploading to different buckets depending on the environment in use.
