Upgrade to Bootstrap 5.x #344

Would be nice to be able to take advantage of new features like Offcanvas for the #58 feature. Since there are breaking changes from Bootstrap 4.x to 5.x, this will require retest of most of the UI functionalities.

Will use other tickets to track any other remaining UI inconsistencies from this upgrade
