Kendra web crawler not finding the Indexer #622

Hello,

I am trying to test the QnaBot built in web crawler based on the read me here: https://catalog.us-east-1.prod.workshops.aws/workshops/20c56f9e-9c0a-4174-a661-9f40d9f063ac/en-US/qna/kendra-web-index

here are my settings: image

here is my indexer: image

But I am unable to crawl the web links, here is the error from cloudwatch. image

Please advise.

Hi @kmaramr, on first glance this could be caused by the Kendra index and the Q&A bot deployment being in separate accounts or regions. Can you please confirm that the Kendra index is in the same account and region as the Q&A bot deployment?

If this doesn't resolve the issue then can you please use the bug issue template? This will allow us to better support your request. i.e. version, steps to reproduce, etc.
