Provide session management capabilities #704

Add session management capabilities to QnABot to track previous questions by the user in named sessions and add ability for the users to retrieve the session by selecting a session from their past interactions. So that the customer experience would be similar to other chatbot interfaces like ChatGPT or CoPilot.
