Additional permissions schemes #156

Users have reported a need for additional permissions schemes.

  1. Different levels of access
    • Admin role, read only, power user, etc (need to define what permissions are associated with each access level)
  2. Limit default Admin role to filesystem management (maybe a different name than admin)
