add Remaining Counter. #232

Description of changes:

add Remaining Counter Area.

If this value is negative, no new admissions are allowed.
If this value is positive, new admissions are allowed. (not crowded)

I needed it as supplemental information for deciding when to increase the serving counter.

This change has been adjusted and made internally and is currently set to be included in the next patch release. Once the release with the change is out, you'll see yourself included in the external contributors section towards the bottom of the readme and this PR will be closed.
