What happened and what did you expect to happen?

Version 3.9.0 and 3.10.0 cannot be found on NPM.

Reproduction steps

Go to https://www.npmjs.com/package/amazon-chime-sdk-component-library-react Click on "Versions", expect to see "3.9.0" and "3.10.0" there.

We are currently on 3.8.0. We are planning a 3.9.0 release.

The Changelog is created ahead of time and should not be relied on to show what version is released - please refer to the NPM website to see what versions are released.
