Changes to support Xcode 15

Updated Podspec files and Podfile for demo to remove bitcode
Updated project fils to bump iOS version
Fixed race condition in DefaultVideoClientController
Fixed race condition in SchedulerTests
Updated Readme to remove bitcode references
