Environment

Problem Description

  1. Steps to reproduce: I try to connect aws documentDB from Tableau Desktop
    • Download Document DB JDBC Driver, install Amazon Document DB Connector on Tableau then I put all the information to connect Document DB
  2. Expected behaviour:
  3. Actual behaviour:
  4. Error message/stack trace: [An error occurred while communicating with Amazon DocumentDB by Amazon Web Services There was a problem while running the connector plugin. Reinstall the plugin or contact the plugin provider. Note that you might need to make local configuration changes to resolve the error. Error Code: 14D18B1F Package signature verification failed during connection creation. Connector Class: documentdbjdbc, Version: 1.14.0.0]

@tlinhngo - You may want to try to disable (uncheck) the "SSH Strict Host Key Check". There is some documentation on how to ensure you have validly known host name file.
