Few conflict in packaging/generic-deb/debian/changelog due to we change the release from "trusty" to "stable" (ref: https://github.com/aws/amazon-ecs-init/pull/390). Fixed conflict by changing the release of new versions in dev branch to "stable".

Unit tests added when developing in feature branch.
