Publish Grafana Internal Metrics to CloudWatch #12

Grafana has support for a bunch of internal metrics that are visible on the /metrics endpoint. However, this endpoint is currently unavailable in AMG workspaces. It would be great if the endpoint could be made available or even better if those metrics could be published to CloudWatch.
