Support tags #2

We are considering introducing the ability to tag Amazon Managed Grafana workspaces with AWS resource tags. This would enable users to manage, identify, organize, search for, and filter workspaces, based on tags. For example, you could create tags to categorize workspaces by team identifier, owner, environment (prod or dev for example), or other custom use cases.
