1 year ago Hi @jack-hsu-tech thank you for raising the issue. This will be an Enterprise feature available when we release Grafana v9 shortly. I will announce the v9 release in this public-roadmap when we GA. Are you using Enterprise Grafana today? What type of customization are you looking for (e.g. custom login page, customize logo in your Grafana workspace, etc.)?

1 year ago Hi @mengdic thank you for your response. We would like to provide our customers with a coherent experience during the user journey. For example, starting from the welcome page, login page, to landing on the dashboard. Ideally, we want to be able to customize logo and text, and be able to enable/disable hyperlinks, e.g. documentation, support, that are encountered during the user journey. Hope this information is helpful.

1 year ago I would love this feature too. We use Managed Grafana for dashboards of in the field assets and our customers login into these dashboards to view the telemetry, however it is a major thorn to have our customers see AWS Grafana instead of our company logo. It would be great to alter colors, fonts, background color/image and logo. Is this feature only planned for Managed Grafana Enterprise?

+1 - Would be great to have this feature available for AWS Managed Grafana as well as we don't need to have additional support, plugins or whatever, but only be able to customise login page/domain for our customers. @mengdic is it possible to apply such feature ?

4 months ago +1 here as well. Just being able to chnage a few images on the login page would go a long way.
While exploring AMG, our team likes the extensive visualization tools the service has to offer, and we are considering to add it to one of the new features we are offering to our customers. However, it does not seem like the current version supports this feature yet. After speaking with the tech support, she confirmed the above and recommended me to add my request here.
Custom branding is important to the stakeholders of our project, and I believe it will also be beneficial to other teams who have similar needs for commercial purposes. Therefore, please consider adding this feature.
