Update BI setup docs

Summary

Updated Driver Setup in BI Applications documentation.

Description

• DbVisualizer requires compatibility with Java 17, which was causing issues when walking through its setup with the driver. Added a note to use DbVisualizer 13 until compatibility is resolved.
• Minor updates to documentation for DbVisualizer and DBeaver setup.
