The approval steps are supposed to fail due to the https://github.com/aws/amazon-sagemaker-clarify/pull/140 has not been merged. Considering that PR 140 is the only fix in the new version, I think it's OK to include both commits in the same PR.

Added the version bump up commit to PR 140. Closing this one.
