Updated Falcon-7B example notebooks #4567

Description of changes: Updated Falcon-7B example notebooks:

Changed LMI container version to the latest one (0.26.0)
Changed logic for waiting for endpoint to ready to the helper function (instead of loop)

Testing done: Tested all 3 notebooks in my account
