Refactor TorchServe MME example to use updated PyTorch Inference DLC 2.2.0

Description of changes: Following updates have been made to the TorchServe MME example:

• Update PyTorch DLC version used in the example to 2.2.0. Ex: 763104351884.dkr.ecr.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/pytorch-inference:2.2.0-gpu-py310-cu118-ubuntu20.04-sagemaker
• Remove logic to create and publish a BYOC container to ECR since PyTorch Inference Container 2.2.0 already ships with TorchServe 0.11.0 and we no longer need a BYOC to upgrade TorchServe version.
• Add logic in the notebook to display the custom dependencies for each of the models that will be loaded on the MME endpoint along with the custom handler and model configuration.

Testing done: Manual test to verify that the Notebook runs end to end
