Description of changes: This is the fourth set of changes towards implementing the new SageMaker Example Notebooks folder structure.
Changes:
Moved 17 notebooks into the archived folder that were duplicates of other notebooks with each cells output shown - If the notebook had same name as another notebook, I placed each of them in a separate folder within archived/notebooks that added a descriptor to the file name
