New Folder Structure Implementation - Deleted 17 Duplicate Notebooks

Description of changes: This is the fourth set of changes towards implementing the new SageMaker Example Notebooks folder structure.

Changes:

Deleted 17 duplicate notebooks. Each notebook had a duplicate version, that was the same except without its output shown. Below is a list of the notebooks that were deleted, and the name of the notebook that contained the same information that remained:

• Deleted basic_sagemaker_processing.ipynb, duplicate can be found as basic_sagemaker_processing_outputs.ipynb
• Deleted deploy_bert.ipynb, duplicate can be found as deploy_bert_outputs.ipynb
• Deleted pytorch/get_started_mnist_train.ipynb, duplicate can be found as pytorch/get_started_mnist_train_outputs.ipynb
• Deleted tensorflow/get_started_mnist_train.ipynb, duplicate can be found as tensorflow/get_started_mnist_train_outputs.ipynb
• Deleted hpo_tensorflow2_mnist.ipynb, duplicate can be found as hpo_tensorflow2_mnist_outputs.ipynb
• Deleted huggingface_sentiment.ipynb, duplicate can be found as huggingface_sentiment_outputs.ipynb
• Deleted pytorch-mnist-batch-transform.ipynb, duplicate can be found as pytorch-mnist-batch-transform_outputs.ipynb
• Deleted pytorch_torchvision_neo.ipynb, duplicate can be found as pytorch_torchvision_neo_outputs.ipynb
• Deleted sagemaker-lineage-multihop-queries.ipynb, duplicate can be found as sagemaker-lineage-multihop-queries_outputs.ipynb
• Deleted SageMaker-ModelMonitoring.ipynb, duplicate can be found as SageMaker-ModelMonitoring_outputs.ipynb
• Deleted sagemaker-pipelines-lambda-step.ipynb, duplicate can be found as sagemaker-pipelines-lambda-step_outputs.ipynb
