Description of changes: This is the fifth set of changes towards implementing the new SageMaker Example Notebooks folder structure.
Changes:
Updated README.md to remove notebooks that had been archived, as well as any link that resulted in a "File not found" due to being moved or previously deleted. Additionally, added an "Archived" section that explains the archived folder and its usage.
