Unable to start "SageMaker Studio Classic" #144

Issue Description

Unable to start "SageMaker Studio Classic". Clicking on Run action, temporarily changes status to "Starting" and after 3 minutes or so, it becomes "Stopped"

Expected Behavior

"SageMaker Studio Classic" status should change to "Running" state

Observed Behavior

"SageMaker Studio Classic" status never changes "Running" state even after repeated attempts.
