Additional Image & Instance Type tooltips not working #47

Issue Description

Once a space has been created in Code Editor and JupyterLab applications, the "?" tooltip for the "Instance Type" and "Image" dropdowns are not functional

Expected Behavior

It is expected that on clicking the tooltip, additional information is displayed in a popup or by redirecting to some official documentation.

Observed Behavior

Nothing happens when clicked.

It is not just tooltips that are not working, for us, the dropdown values disappear and the page needs to be refreshed for them to get properly repopulated. Also, trying to "Run space" from this page fails most of the time, but running the same space from the parent page (where all user spaces are listed) works just fine. Clearly, some JavaScript state gets messed up on this page and requires hard page reload to start working again.
