My request is App Runner could be set as the forwarding destination for ALB listener rules, similar the EC2 target group could be selectable as the forwarding destination.
I am aware that this is a complexity because App Runner implicitly includes the LB itself. But this feature is a slightly helpful when migrating from an existing ECS task to App Runner.

Describe alternatives you've considered
App Runner could be a CloudFront target. I guess it's possible to use that and use Route53 weighted records to swap between the two environments (ECS/AppRunner).
