When i deploy a new App Runner service, i sometimes have an error in my apprunner.yaml file, or somewhere else that means the initial deploy fails. When this happens there is no way to redeploy, i have to delete and create the service from scratch. It would be good to be able to just trigger a new deploy in this instance.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The current alternative is to delete and recreate it, which seems unnecessarily cumbersome.
