Gzip content on upload and set header #1131

Could there be a convenience function to upload certain extensions as gzipped content?

I would welcome this feature. It would allow us to move more tasks from s3explorer to aws cli batch scripts.

We're closing this issue here on GitHub, as part of our migration to UserVoice for feature requests involving the AWS CLI.
