Some tools in the documentations are either unmaintained or too old #613

Hello,

I have reading the documentations thoughtfully, and I spotted quite few tools that either unmaintained or too old. For instance dockerfile_lint was updated last time four years ago, it would make sense to mention for example hadolint, etc.

Also, Project Atomic is now sunset which mentioned many times in the documentation, it is now replaced by CoreOS.

Kubei is now openclarity Also I think App mesh is officially deprecated.
