Issue #, if available: I am EMR CSE @ DFW (Ishanrm), along with Sr TAM(pyamrita), Analysed FS cases and came up with a troubleshooting guide for common spark issues and best practices, which can help many EMR customers globally. We worked on publishing a blog (BDB-3764 blog ticket) which the spark service team approved, however we wanted to update the git repo for aws-emr-best-practices for helping the customers fastly. Description of changes: The changes made are as follows: I made the changes on following md files troubleshooting_and_tuning.md by adding issue symptoms,troubleshooting steps and additional resources to enrich the current content best_practices.md added Common health checks recommendations and Support Reach Out Best Practice

Thanks! We made a recent change from mkdocs to docusarus. Can you add the content to this path instead? markdocs format still applies so you just need to apply it to those pages
