Release the 2.32.0 and newer versions to Helm repository #783

### Describe the question/issue Newer released versions are not present in the Helm repository for consumption: ```shell $ helm search repo eks/aws-for-fluent-bit --versions | head -n 5 NAME CHART VERSION APP VERSION DESCRIPTION eks/aws-for-fluent-bit 0.1.32 2.31.12.20231011 A Helm chart to deploy aws-for-fluent-bit project eks/aws-for-fluent-bit 0.1.31 2.31.12.20231011 A Helm chart to deploy aws-for-fluent-bit project eks/aws-for-fluent-bit 0.1.30 2.31.11 A Helm chart to deploy aws-for-fluent-bit project eks/aws-for-fluent-bit 0.1.29 2.31.11 A Helm chart to deploy aws-for-fluent-bit project ``` Not sure if anything is broken or not working but are the any chances to do a Helm release too ? ### Configuration
