perfrunbook: Correct instance-size text for PMU events #411

Text read >16.xlarge but it should have said >=. Updated for all instance types, and tested on c5.9xl, c6i.16xl and c5a.12xl.

No, someone with more knowledge of the exact event differences would have to speak to that. All I am saying is that it gives the impression that I definitely want to be on a full socket, when in reality most likely I'm fine without that.
